Our popular drop spindles just got better. Our new Hi-Lo Spindles offer the best of both whorls: a brass hook at the top for high-whorl spinning and a grooved shaft for low-whorl spinning. Three sizes offer a broad spectrum of spinning capabilities: 3" (2.2 ounces), 4" (3 ounces), and 2" (1.1 ounces).

Louet spindles are economical and practical for the student or expert
spinner. These spinners are over 2 ounces for spinning larger diameter
yarns. Unfinished spindles are light birch like wood, and finished spindles
are hand finished in Cherry or Chestnut to bring out the adorable sheep on
the top whorl spindles.
